The Latin dance community is one of the friendliest and most vibrant communities you’ll ever join!
Latin dancing is also the perfect way to switch off from work, move your body, and connect with one of the most timeless and joyful forms of human expression.

You can wear whatever you like! But we recommend clothes that are comfortable, light-weight and stretchy. For shoes, we recommend ones that have at least one strap so it stays in place. Additionally, if you can wear shoes with non-grippy soles, it makes it easier to spin.

You’re more than welcome to bring your partner or friend. However, you don’t need to. Most people attend by themselves, and we rotate partners, so all you really need to bring is yourself :)

Absolutely! Our beginners range from 20s to 50s+, and no dance experience or fitness level is needed. We’ll make sure you feel comfortable and supported every step of the way.

Absolutely! These beginner classes are designed for people with no dance experience whatsoever. Most people attending this class wont have any experience, and by the end of the class, you'll learn the basic steps and rhythm.
